And now, a short biography lesson on ZZ Top. Dusty Hill: Frank Beard introduced him to Billy Gibbons because he had a reputation as a mean bass player. It was in a bar. Dusty was drinking whiskey. Gibbons said hello. Dusty Hill passed out before he could reply.
Frank Beard: Little is known of Frank Beard. We know he’s an excellent golfer, and a stellar drummer. Plus he’s the only member of ZZ top who doesn’t have a beard.
Billy Gibbons: An expert chef, specializing in five alarm Mexican food. He rebuilds classic cars, is an actual ordained minister. And just by standing around, he increases the general bad-assery in a room exponentially.
