LISTEN: Pair of city councillors calling for military aid in Ottawa protest response

City councillors Carol Anne Meehan and Matt Luloff join CityNews' The Rob Snow Show to explain a motion they will bring to city council that would explore using the National Defence Act, rather than the federal Emergencies Act, to allow the military to provide support to law enforcement working to police the occupation of Ottawa's downtown core by protesters.
