Canada’s museums of food, science and innovation will also reopen this week

Ottawa's three Ingenium museums will also be opening their doors at the end of this week.

The Canada Agriculture and Food Museum will reopen on Friday, July 16, and will be open from 9:10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (free admission 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.), Monday to Sunday, and on all statutory holidays except for December 25.

The Canada Science and Technology Museum will also reopen on Friday, July 16, and will be open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (free admission 3 p.m. – 4 p.m.), Wednesday to Sunday and all statutory holidays except for December 25.

The Canada Aviation and Space Museum will reopen on Saturday, July 17, and will be open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (free admission 3 p.m. – 4 p.m.), Thursday to Monday, and on all statutory holidays except for December 25.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for our visitors, staff, Ingenium will continue to implement health and safety guidelines as recommended across all sites. 

Advanced tickets continue to be required.

The National Gallery of Canada and the Canadian Museum of Nature have already announced that they are also set to reopen on Friday, July 16. The Canadian War Museum reopens on Saturday, July 17. The Diefenbunker Museum is reopening on Wednesday, July 21.
