Atlético Ottawa gain defender Sergio Camus on loan for remainder of the 2022 season

Atlético Ottawa is adding another defender for the remainder of the 2022 Canadian Premier League (CPL) season.

Spanish defender Sergio Camus has been given to the Ottawa-based football club on loan from sister club, Atlético de Madrid. The 25-year-old has spent the last season with Atlético de Madrid B, where he played 16 matches.

“I am delighted to come and join Atlético Ottawa,” said Camus. “I've watched a lot of highlights and some games in the past few days, and I love the connection with the fans.
