A Kingston man is facing a mischief charge after an incident at a gas station.

Around 3 a.m. on Tuesday, a man showed up at a gas station on Bath Road and began kicking and banging on the door, telling the attendant to call 911.

The man is accused of then throwing jugs of windshield washer fluid, smashing them off the store and ground.

When police arrived at the scene, they found a man covered in blood, sweat and washer fluid. Police say the accused immediately put his hands behind his back and was cooperative.

Police believe the man was under the influence of crystal meth.

A 25-year-old man appeared in court for a bail hearing Wednesday.
