A music festival of professional tribute bands will take over LeBreton Flats, this summer.

Entering its second year, Nostalgia Music Festival aims to recreate the music of Baby Boomers' youth, with performances by bands from all over Canada.

The four-day event begins August 21, with tribute concerts to Journey and Foreigner.

Other acts during the festival include tributes to CCR, ABBA, Paul McCartney & Wings, Supertramp, Bruce Springsteen and AC/DC.

A pre-sale is under way until April 17, featuring full festival passports available at a discounted rate of $80, while quantities last.

The festival is scheduled to run August 21-24 at LeBreton Flats.
