UPDATE: One man in critical condition after Queen Elizabeth Driveway crash near Dow’s Lake

The Ottawa Police Service is investigating a single-vehicle crash on Queen Elizabeth Driveway which left one man in critical condition.

Officers responded to the crash, involving a white 2013 Hyundai Elantra sedan, around 1:30 a.m., Friday, August 19, between Preston Street and Crescent Heights. 

The driver was arrested at scene, and the passenger of the vehicle is currently in hospital with serious injuries. 

Investigators are asking anyone who witnessed or may have dash cam footage of the collision to call the Ottawa Police Collision Investigation Unit at 613-236-1222 ext. 2481.
