Possible exposure to COVID-19 at Smiths Falls church

The Leeds, Grenville and Lanark Health Unit has released a warning about possible exposure to COVID-19 in Smiths Falls.
Anyone who attended the COVID-19 Community Meals Program and picked up bag lunches at St. Francis de Sales church on April 15 and April 22 may have been exposed to the Novel Coronavirus.
All attendees are being asked to self-monitor, take an online assessment, and watch for key COVID-19 symptoms:
- Cough
- Runny nose
- Chills
- Fatigue
- Diarrhea
Anyone with symptoms should call the Leeds, Grenville, and Lanark Health Unit at 1-800-660-5853 extension 2222 for a testing referral.
