UPDATE: Power outage resolved in Barrhaven, Bells Corners areas

Hydro Ottawa has restored multiple power outages that were affecting more than 8,000 of its customers in the Barrhaven and Bells Corners areas.
The outages were reported around 1:51 p.m., Tuesday, December 1, after the utility said there were downed power lines in the area.
The Barrhaven outage was affecting 7,442 homes and businesses, while the Bells Corners area outage was affecting 883.
Power outage UPDATE 3:55pm: Crews are still on the scene performing emergency work to restore power to our remaining 883 customers. For those of you in the Bells Corners area, we are now anticipating power will be restored by 5pm. Thank you for your patience. #OttawaOutage

Hydro Ottawa's outage map shows that all outages in those areas have been restored.
