Record breaking cold continues on Friday

It may technically still be fall but the weather in the capital feel and looks more like winter.
on Friday, Ottawa broke a record for the coldest November 23 as the mercury hit -21 degrees at the Ottawa Airport.
That smashes the record of -16.1 degrees set back in 1972.
1310 NEWS Meteorologist Jill Taylor is calling for some relief by the end of the weekend.
Her latest forecast shows a high of plus 4 degrees for Sunday and a warm start to the week as well.
