‘Serious collision’ closes section of Russell Road: Ottawa Police

Ottawa police are investigating a serious collision resulting in the closure of Russell Road between Frank Kenny Road and Milton Road.

The collision has led to “serious traffic congestion”, according to the Ottawa Police Services (OPS).

OPS are asking residents to avoid the area.
