Ottawa cyclist Michael Woods tests positive for COVID-19

Ottawa cyclist Michael Woods won't be completing the final stage of the Tour de France due to a positive COVID-19 test. 

Sunday, July 24, marks the final stage of the cycling competition. 

Woods' team, Israel-Premier Tech, tweeted the news early Sunday morning.
