OPP traffic stop leads to drug, probation charges for Vanier man

A Vanier man was been charged with a list of charges that include drugs and driving offences.
According to the Upper Ottawa Valley OPP, on December 28 at about 4 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop of a passenger vehicle on Isabella Street in the City of Pembroke.
Shane James Bullis, 35, of Vanier, was arrested and charged with the following offences:
- Possession of a schedule I substance – fentanyl
- Driving while under suspension
- Failing to comply with probation
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear at a Pembroke courtroom on February 2.
