Police charge two more in east Ottawa biker gang drug trafficking investigation

Two Ottawa men, ages 33 and 30, are facing charges after police uncovered drugs and other paraphernalia at a home in the city's east end.

Officers executed a search warrant at the home on February 4, and seized drugs, packaging materials, Outlaw Motorcycle Gang merchandise, scales, cell phones, and a conducted energy weapon.

A 31-year-old man was arrested and charged at the time. Two others have since been charged, according to Ottawa police.

Ashley Goyer, 33, of Ottawa, is charged with:

  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (two counts)
  • Possession of a Schedule IV Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
  • Unlawful Possession of a Schedule I Substance

Joshua Kiptoo Feldman, 30, of Ottawa, is charged with:

  • Unlawful Possession of a Schedule I Substance

Both were released on conditions with court appearances scheduled for a later date.
