Police looking for one man in two mid-day bank robberies on Carling Avenue

The Ottawa Police Service is investigating two robberies involving the same suspect, and is hoping the public can help identify him.
Officials said a man walked into a bank on Carling Avenue near the Westgate Shopping Centre last Friday, at 12:10 p.m., and handed a teller a note demanding money.
He left with an undisclosed amount of cash.
No injuries were reported in the incident.
That same day, just a short time later, the same suspect visited a bank on Carling Avenue near Kirkwood Avenue.
He again gave a teller a note demanding money and received an undisclosed amount of cash.
No injuries were reported in that incident either.
The suspect is described as white man, between 50 and 60-years-old. He was wearing a sun hat, gray t-shirt, jeans, and carrying a small bag during both robberies.
