Police say anyone trying to bring “material supports” like fuel to the protesters could be arrested.

Ottawa police are attempting to shut down the convoy protesters’ supply of fuel.

Police say anyone trying to bring “material supports” like fuel to the protesters could be arrested.

“Enforcement is underway,” the Ottawa Police Service tweeted on Saturday afternoon. 

The protests against COVID-19 vaccine mandates and Justin Trudeau’s Liberal government have entered their second week. 

Police say they have responded to more than 650 calls in relation to the demonstrations since they began last weekend
