Missing elderly man found safe

OTTAWA – A 78-year-old man is resting comfortably at the Ottawa hospital after being found in a culvert behind a McDonalds.
William Grove had been last seen dropping his wife off at the South Keys Walmart on Friday night.
Grove was supposed to join his wife after parking the car but never returned.
He was found about ten hours later.
Grove’s son-in-law, Dave Melvill, told the Citizen that the family felt a tremendous relief when his father-in-law was found and it was a happy ending to a scary night.
