Ottawa Police re-launching teddy bear program

Thanks to Bridgehead coffee shops, Ottawa Police are able to re-launch The Ottawa Teddy Bear program for children who have been involved in a traumatic event.

Staff at several downtown Bridgehead Coffee donated their tips to help police purchase teddy bears for the program.

The bears are used by police to distract and comfort children who are involved in a crisis whether that be a traffic accident or a traumatic event at home.
