Convicted murderer escapes from prison

Police are keeping an eye out for a convicted murderer who escaped from a prison in Gravenhurst.
Ashley Crawford fled the Beaver Creek Correctional Institution, where he is serving a life sentence.
Crawford is described as white, 30 years old, 5 foot 10, 155 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair.
He is known to have contacts in Eastern Ontario.
