Another blast of winter could come tomorrow

Old man winter still reigns and will remind us of that tomorrow.
Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for the area.
We can expect rain to change to snow tomorrow. There is a chance another 10-15 cm could be on the way.
1310 meteorologist Richard Zurawski says it is tough to know exactly how much snow we will get because the temperature will be so close to the freezing mark.
The Texan low will also bring brisk winds which could cause reduced visibility and blowing snow.
