Officer, pricked by needle, gets second clean test

An Ottawa police officer who was pricked by a needle in a holding cell has breathed a second sigh of relief.
Special constable Carlos Olivera was pricked by the needle which was hidden in a suspects sweater. The suspect does had H.I.V and Hepatitis C.
Olivera has been tested twice for both and has had two clean results. The officer celebrated with a walk in Gatineau park. He said he will return to work in about three weeks and has had to get back into shape. The cocktail of drugs he had been on to prevent infection had left him ill and weak.
Olivera has one more blood test to go through on June 16th
