Spring cleaning time in the capital

It is a sure sign spring-like weather is on the way.
City workers will start their annual springtime sweeping of streets and sidewalks to get rid of the layers of winter dirt.
Work will take place during the day and at night and may result in some extra noise and dust.
It also means parking restrictions will be in effect for neighbourhoods that have continuous on-street parking, like in the downtown core, Vanier, New Edinburgh, Sandy Hill and the Glebe to allow effective sweeping of the roadway.
Parking restrictions in effect: Between Mon. April 11 the and Fri. April 15
