Flood advisory for Upper Mississippi River

A flood advisory as been issued by the Mississippi Valley Conservation for the Upper Mississippi River, near North Frontenac.
The MVC says that with all the rain that has fallen over the last week and more expected this weekend, water levels will be higher than normal.
You are being reminded to stay away from watercourses and ditches as the spring thaw continues as water levels can rise in a short period of time.
