Royal Wedding official programme released, final rehearsal wraps up

LONDON – With less than 24 hours before Prince William and Catherine Middleton walk down the aisle, the last minute preparations and rehearsals are finally wrapping up, this morning.
Flowers have been delivered to Westminster Abbey, the barricades have been put up, security has been tightened and the Royal Wedding souvenirs are selling like hot cakes.
The official 28-page programme has also just been made available for the public to download for free.
The programme features the full Order of Service, a message of thanks from the Prince and Kate, an updated Coat of Arms, along with a stunning new black-and-white engagement photo of the couple, taken by photographer Mario Testino – whose work has been featured in magazines like Vogue and Vanity Fair.
The Order of Service has full details about the processions, prayers, readings and music, which includes the traditional English folk song “Greensleeves.”
Kate Middleton requested some modern music be played at the ceremony, as well, with a short ceremonial tune titled, “Valiant and Brave,” after the motto of William’s RAF Search and Rescue No 22 Squadron.
It has also been confirmed that the bride-to-be will promise to love and honour her new husband, but will scrap the outdated “obey” from her vows.
The Official Programme is available electronically in two formats: as a Ceros PDF and as an iBook, compatible with Apple products.
On the wedding day, 150,000 copies of the programme will be sold, with profits benefiting The Foundation of Prince William and Prince Harry.
