Ottawa Police crack down on Graffiti

Unsanctioned graffiti artists in the city were the target of a two day crackdown by Ottawa Police in centre town on Friday and Saturday.

The sweep was initiated after an increase in complaints from the public about damage to both public and private property, especially in the downtown core.

Three teens and a 21-year-old man were charged with both criminal and municipal offences for graffiti with a total of 12 charges laid.
