Lansdowne Park challenge continues in court

The Superior Court challenge to the re-development plan for Lansdowne continues Monday.

The lead lawyer for the Friends of Lansdowne will wrap up his group’s case. The focus Monday is expected to centre on their assertion there was a lack of good faith by the city.

The judge will decide Monday whether he needs a financial expert to help wade through the complicated contract between the city and the Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group.

Once the Friends finish their case, both the city and the OSEG will make presentations to the court.
