ING Direct call centre moving to New Brunswick

Another Ottawa call centre is leaving town.
The ING Direct call centre is packing up and shipping of to New Brunswick.
One-hundred-and-thirty people work at the Ottawa centre they are being offered transfer packages if they want to stay with the company or severance if they choose to stay here.
This is the latest call centre closure in Ottawa.
One reason according to analysts is the provinces minimum wage, by moving to New Bruinswick ING saves a dollar an hour per person.
