Eclectic first night kicks off Cicso Ottawa Bluesfest

Music fans descended on the Capital Tuesday night for the start of the 2nd largest blues festival in North America.

Tuesday night’s lineup featured the likes of Canadian indie duo Tegan & Sara, Funk Bassist Bootsy Collins and the winner of NBC’s “The Voice” Javier Colon. Alternative rock group Soundgarden was tabbed as the opening headliner.
