New regulations for divorcing couples

Ontario has new regulations aimed at keeping more divorcing couples out of family court.
Before going to court, those couples will have to attend information and mediation sessions.
Ontario Attorney General Chris Bentley hopes this will be an alternative to family court, where battles can be very costly.
Bentley says family court fights can also inflict heavy emotional damage on the divorcing couple and their children.
