All city beaches open

Anyone looking to cool off today can head to any of Ottawa’s beaches.

Britannia beach, Mooney’s Bay, Westboro beach, Petrie Island River beaches and Petrie Island East Bay beach all have green flags.

The city posts no swim advisories whenever the e-coli count is 100 or greater for two consecutive days, or the count is 200 or above on a single day.
