Richmond RCMP issue warning about high risk offender

RICHMOND (NEWS1130) – Richmond RCMP are warning you to steer clear of Shawn McWilliams, a dangerous offender with a long history of crime.
The 40-year-old is wanted on 19 counts of breaching court-ordered conditions as well as two counts of assault with a weapon, six counts of assault, two counts of pointing a firearm, forcible confinement, uttering threats, sexual assault, sexual assault with a weapon, and kidnapping.
He drives a 2010 Ford F-150 with the Alberta license plate BBR 7366.
McWilliams is described as 6 feet tall, 194 pounds, with hazel eyes and brown hair.
He also has a tribal tattoo on his right upper arm.
