Two men are facing charges in an ATM tampering investigation that stretches from Gatineau through Ottawa to Toronto.
Investigators say the suspects targeted specific brands of ATM’s and attached a card reader to capture customers’ debit information.
ATM’s were tampered with in ottawa as well as in Gatineau and in several areas around Toronto.
A 22-year-old Toronto man and a 25-year-old Markham man face charges including fraud, possession of a credit card forgery device, and unlawful possession of credit card data.
