No more tiny for Timmies

Bigger cups if you order a Timmies in Kingston and Sudbury, where a pilot project kicked off on Monday.
The chain is starting to phase out their size “small” 8 oz cups.
That means the 10 oz medium cup will be the new small, the 14 oz large cup will then become the medium and the extra large will simply become “large.”
In addition, Tim Horton’s will introduce a new extra-large size, which will be 24 ounces.
However, that size still falls short of the largest offering by coffee competitor Starbucks, The 31 oz Trenta.
There is no word on when the new cup sizes will take effect here in the capital.
