Passport Canada to close Downtown office

As of Monday, October 17, Passport Canada’s Ottawa office will move from its current location at 240 Sparks to 885 Meadowlands Dr. E., Suite 115.
The move is an effort to better serve customers.
The new office will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 a.m, Monday to Friday.
The current office at 240 Sparks will close its doors for good on Friday, Ocrtober 14.
The new office will feature 13 counters and seating for 58 people to serve more applicants more quickly. Free parking is available on site, and the office is also easily accessible by public transit.
Applicants may also visit receiving agents to submit their passport application. The following receiving agents offer passport services:
Service Canada Centre: Beacon Hill Shopping Centre, 2339 Ogilvie Road, Ottawa (East)
Service Canada Centre: Lincoln Heights Galleria, 2525 Carling Avenue, Main Floor, Ottawa (West)
Canada Post Outlet: 1424 Sanford Fleming Avenue, Ottawa
Canada Post Outlet: 2701 Riverside Drive, Ottawa
Passport Canada anticipates no service delays due to the relocation of the Ottawa office.
