Alex Munter to become CEO at CHEO

Alex Munter has been named the new president and CEO of the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario.
The former Ottawa city councillor served as CEO of the Champlain Local Health Integration Network and was also executive director of the Youth Services Bureau.
He will replace Michel Bilodeau who announced in April he was retiring as CHEO’s chief executive officer.
Munter takes over the reins November 7.
