OTTAWA – A big shift in the weather today. An earlier severe thunderstorm warning for Ottawa and the surrounding area has been downgraded to a watch.
That means a dangerous storm is either imminent or occurring in the area, bringing very strong winds, hail, torrential downpours and lightning.
