Closing in on record high

Today could be one for the record books.
    
The above normal weather we have been having could break the current record high of 17.8 degrees set back in 1945. As of 2:55pm, the current temperature was 17.2 degrees

Meanwhile, northern Ontario could see the first major snowfall of the season.
    
Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for parts of northern Ontario including Wawa, Kapuskasing and Hearst.
    
Many areas expected to get around 15 cm of snow.
