Winter is coming!

Don’t let these warm temperatures fool you.

Although we’ve seen above freezing temps through most of November, Environment Canada said it doesn’t mean winter isn’t on its way.

By this time last year, Environment Canada Senior Climatologist David Phillips tells the Ottawa Sun, we had almost ten centimeters of snow.

However, don’t let that mislead you he said because it doesn’t matter what the first couple months looks like, we will have those frigid temps and normal snowfall from mid-January to March.

On a positive note, Phillips said he doesn’t predict it will be the “winter from hell.”
