Death no longer considered suspicious

Ottawa police have ruled out foul play after a man’s body was found outside a Richmond Road high rise condo early this morning.
Police say the body had been lying there for at least two hours before it was spotted by a passerby around 4:30.
The man is said to be between 25 and 30 years old. The autopsy ruled the death not suspicious but the cause remains unknown, as is his identity.
