Beau’s Brewery back on the roads

OTTAWA, On- The government has lifted the prohibition against home delivery of Beau’s beer. The change is the first step in what is expected to be sweeping changes to the Liquor License Act.

The government is launching a full-scale review of the act to eliminate outdated regulations.

Currently, if a product is not sold at LCBO or Beer Stores in Ontario, it can’t be delivered to homes. However, Operation Come Home, the Ottawa charity contracted to deliver Beau’s beer, has been granted a regulatory exemption by Attorney General John Gerretsen.
