Overnight parking ban in effect

The city is bracing itself for the onslaught of snow.
The city has banned overnight parking in anticipation of the heavy snowfall
That means vehicles cannot park on any city street between 1 a.m. and 7 a.m., so crews can easily clear the streets.
The only exception is for cars that have on-street parking permits.
All other vehicles will be ticketed.
The ban remains in effect until the city announces it has been lifted.
