Frostbite alert issued for Ottawa

It’s a cold one in the capital.
Ottawa Public Health has issued a frostbite alert for the city.
The temperature will remain at about -16 celsius throughout Tuesday. The wind is making it feel more like -26 celsius.
The advice is to dress in layers and to wear touques, scarves and gloves. The city is also advising people to limit time spent outside.
