Inmate escapes from Laval, Quebec’s Montee St-Francois Institution

An inmate is missing from the Montee St-Francois Institution in Laval, Quebec.
The Correctional Service of Canada says the discovery was made during an inmate head count Wednesday at the minimum security prison.
Michel Comeau, 41, had been serving a two year, nine month sentence for use of a stolen credit card, theft, fraud and breaking and entering.
Comeau is described as five-foot-seven, 161 pounds. He has green eyes and brown hair, a tribal tattoo on his left arm and a dragon tattoo on his right arm.
Anyone with information as to his whereabouts is asked to contact police.
