OTTAWA, On. — The city has cleared most of the snow from the streets following Friday’s snow storm and have now lifted the overnight parking ban.

The parking ban is put in place when more than 7 cm is in the forecast.

It’s implemented so crews can quickly clear city streets.

Only those with special parking permits can park on the streets when the ban is in place.
