Student hit by car in Kanata

OTTAWA, On- A 14-year-old boy is recovering from minor injuries after being struck by a car in front of AY Jackson Secondary School in Kanata.

The boy was hit by the car around 8:50 a.m. Friday, just after his father dropped him off at school.

Firefighters treated him until paramedics arrived on scene.
