Thief turns himself in to police

A man wanted for several break and enters in the Elmvale area over the last three weeks turned himself in to authorities after Ottawa Police issued a warrant for his arrest.
28 year-old Charlie Joseph Lough was wanted for 7 counts of break and enters and 14 counts of breach of probation.
He mainly targeted small electronics, money and jewelery in his robberies.
