School’s out for summer!

OTTAWA – It’s the day Ottawa’s elementary students have been waiting for since September; the last day of school has arrived!

Thursday is the final day of school for public and Catholic elementary students, marking the beginning of two months of freedom.

The 2013-2014 school year runs from Tuesday, September 3, 2013 to Friday, June 27, 2014.

Close to 80,000 students will be wrapped up for the summer, as Ottawa’s high school students finished Wednesday.
