Remains are missing La Peche man; police

LA PECHE – Police have confirmed that remains found near the community of La Peche are that of George Roseme.
Roseme, 77, went missing nearly six years ago when he took his dog for a walk in La Peche; his dog returned home a few days later, but he never did.
In the months before he went missing, the former Carleton University political science professor had been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and neighbours said he had trouble walking.
