Homeowner injured in serious overnight Orléans break-in

Three suspects entered an Orléans home, resulting in a homeowner needing to go to the hospital.

According to Ottawa police, they are looking for information from the public after the home invasion took place early Thursday morning. The suspects entered the house around 4:00 a.m. on the 1700 block of Stoneboat Crescent.

The people who lived there were assaulted, the release notes.

One of the victims was sent to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

The three suspects are on the run from police.
