Industrial accident sends man to hospital

OTTAWA – An industrial accident near Osgoode has left a man in his 50’s in critical condition.

The man was working on machinery when he fell 10 feet and had his arm amputated.

Ottawa Paramedics received a call at 4 o’clock Friday afternoon to the 2800 block of Stagecoach Road.

Both Ottawa Police and the Ministry of Labour are investigating the incident.
